Bec is a passionate community connector focused on justice, with extensive experience bridging grassroots leadership and systemic reform, ensuring that local voices drive local solutions. After spending 13 years living and working in Alice Springs as a Community Liaison at an Aboriginal boarding school, acting as the connection between families, students, and the school, she recently moved to Kempsey with her family to be closer to relatives. Bec is committed to strengthening community leadership and fostering meaningful connections in her new home.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring her local community and building relationships with those around her.
